Darren has extensive knowledge with containing cats having worked in this sector for a number of years, he is honest, realistic, flexible, thorough, and prompt.
Now for the product, let’s be honest here it’s not the cheapest solution on the market but it is in my opinion the most aesthetically pleasing, it does what is says “on the tin” and keeps your cat(s) in the garden.  We own a cat (Misha) who after a short illness is now feeling so much better she had decided that it would be so much fun to visit our neighbours and their big dog, after a few close calls with her struggling to get back over the fence in a hurry we contacted Darren.  He came and surveyed the garden and discussed various options, we opted on doing part of the garden to keep the cost within budget of what we could afford.  He was quite happy to discuss other solutions on the market without being pushy or biased to his own company. When he did the install oh my goodness he thinks of everything – closing off every nook and cranny – like I said very thorough!  Six weeks on from the installation and we have not had an escape, however in the unlikely event you do own a Houdini that manages to outfox the system he offers the same guarantees as Katzecure and will come back to work with you to find a solution if and he also offers a 12 month guarantee.
His customer service is second to none, one of our poles spilt quite badly, Darren came back the next day after I phoned and with no quibble replaced it.  (Please do note that it is normal for small surface spits to appear in dry hot weather (this is normal and close up when they get wet)

After the installation my husband and I now agree that it gives us more privacy when we are outside (we had to make the fences higher than we had before), and more importantly I have noticed a marked improvement in Misha’s behaviour in the garden, she seems so much more relaxed when outside (like she knows she is safe) as other cats are no longer able to come into her area and chase her back inside. The system has improved her quality of life as she now has free access to outside when she wants, I wish we had installed this years ago!
